Here’s a detailed step-by-step guide for joining CommunityLink330 on the Spaces by Wix app, including how to view each group's description before joining.

 

Step 1: Click "Join Our App" Below

  • If you don’t have the Spaces by Wix app installed on your Android or IOS, you’ll be prompted to download it.

  • Once installed, the link will take you directly to the CommunityLink330 page.

Step 2: Select "Send Join Request"

  • On the CommunityLink330 page, tap the " Send Join Request" button.

  • You may need to sign in or create an account if you haven’t already.

  • Once you’ve joined, you’ll have access to the main site, but you won’t automatically be part of any groups—you’ll need to request to join them.

Step 3: Navigate to Groups

  • After joining the site, tap the menu icon (usually three lines or a grid) to open the navigation panel.

  • Look for the "Groups" section—this is where all available groups are listed.

  • Browse the groups to find the ones you want to join.

Step 4: View Group Descriptions Before Joining

  • Before requesting to join a group, you can view its description to understand its purpose and rules.

  • Tap on the group name to open its page.

  • The group description will be displayed at the top or under the "About" section.

  • Read through the details to ensure the group aligns with your interests before proceeding.

Step 5: Request to Join Groups

  • Tap on the groups you’re interested in (you can choose more than one). 

  • You’ll see a "Request to Join" button—tap it.

  • Some groups may have additional requirements or questions before approval—make sure to follow any instructions.

  • Your request will be sent to the group administrator for approval.

Step 6: Wait for Approval

  • Your request will be pending approval from the group administrator.

  • You won’t be able to participate in the group until your request is accepted.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a notification, and the group will appear in your joined groups list.

Step 7: Engage in the Group

  • Once approved, you can:

    • View posts and discussions.

    • Comment and interact with other members (Please See Group Rules Below). 

    • Create posts (if allowed by the group settings).

    • Receive updates and notifications about group activities.

CommunityLink 330 Group Rules

  1. Respect & Kindness – Treat all members with kindness and respect. Harassment, hate speech, bullying, and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

  2. No Unauthorized Advertising – Members may not post advertisements or promote businesses unless they meet the following criteria:

    • Have a Business Ambassador Badge and are a paid advertiser.

    • Are designated as a Community Advertiser.

    • Any unauthorized promotions or advertisements will be removed, and repeated violations may result in removal from the group.

  3. Stay on Topic – Keep discussions relevant to the group's purpose. Off-topic posts may be removed at the discretion of the admins.

  4. No Spam or Self-Promotion – Unsolicited links, repetitive posts, or excessive self-promotion that disrupts the community will not be allowed.

  5. Follow Group Guidelines – Each group within CommunityLink330 may have its own specific rules. Members must review and adhere to those guidelines before joining.

  6. Be Supportive – This community is meant to be a space for sharing, learning, and connecting. Offer help, engage positively, and contribute meaningfully to discussions.

  7. Respect Admin Decisions – Admins and moderators reserve the right to remove content, enforce rules, and take action to ensure the group remains a safe and welcoming space.

  8. Reporting Issues – If you encounter a post or member violating these rules, please report it to the admins for review.

  9. No Hate Speech or Discrimination – Any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, or other discriminatory behavior is strictly prohibited.

  10. No Sharing Personal Information – For privacy and security reasons, do not share personal contact details, addresses, or other sensitive information in public posts.

  11. No Excessive Negativity or Drama – While discussions are encouraged, excessive negativity, arguments, or disruptive behavior that affects the group’s atmosphere will not be tolerated.

  12. No Political or Controversial Debates – To maintain a neutral and welcoming environment, avoid divisive political or controversial discussions.

  13. No Copyrighted or Inappropriate Content – Do not post copyrighted material, explicit content, or anything that violates community standards.
